New beginning in 2020 after 10+ years, from Covid-19
Theres been many times in my lifetime where there are moments in history that have rocked not only the photographic community, but the world over. Where no question things would never been the same.
One of my best friends and I realized its been 20+ years since high school recently so old enough to live through some unique times.
On March 26th our local photographic community and any non essential business was ordered to close. We have been closed since then but still full filled any session non newborn related when the province started to open up on June. During this Covid-19 break we chose to make the best of a uncertain time. I saw it as a way for many families to be together and spend time, that they normally may not be able to due to work commitments.
At our camera repair shop Paramount Camera repair we sterilize and clean camera equipment for policing agencies, hospitals, media, and courts etc. So I choose not to participate in the front porch sessions some enjoyed while in isolation. Its now during phase 4 its becoming safe again to open the studio. While in isolation, I spent much of the time planning on how to make Renditure better when we open again, and how best to keep our clients safe.
You will notice the new look moving forward and even better product offerings and the studio has expanded! Even relocated. Our Maternity dress collection has DOUBLED!!!! There’s many new props and outfits for all the little peoples. We have the biggest selection in the province, if you thought it was big before just wait! Our return customers will even be blown away by all the new options, esp backdrops!
We look forward to meeting all those new babies born during covid, for Milestone sessions and fall family photos. This year will have many more availability dates than normal. So that really excited me, I dont have to turn away some because we have filled the bookings.
I had a chance to redesign my logo, started this pre covid but finally had a chance to work on it during isolation. What do you think? Check it out below, should I keep it? Would love to hear your thoughts.
